    After several attempts, I was getting better and better at delaying orgasm with my PC muscles.
    The only drawback was that I had to put a lot of effort in. I couldn’t practice everyday though because I didn’t have time, so I guess a lot of it was down to that!

    There was a notable after only a few weeks, and now I find that I can put off ejaculating for quite a long time! I’m enjoying sex so much more now, I can try lots of different things and not have to be worried. Plus, I think my girlfriend is enjoying it more than me!

    Doing the exercises listed in the book really helped me to relax. I feel much more confident, motivated and most of all excited about having sex again.

    Before, sex always seemed like a bit of a disastrous chore because I couldn’t control my orgasms; I certainly didn’t enjoy it.
    I started off with the section on breathing exercises, because I thought I never really paid any attention to breathing during sex,
    and the concept sounded quite strange.

    I also started to pay more attention to what I wanted, because I’ve rarely ever done so through worrying about what the other person thinks. Even though I don’t have a Girlfriend at the moment, I’ve been able to do the secondary development exercises which focus on the Pubococcygeus Muscles.

    I already feel more in control. At the end of the third week of following the eBook, I was seeing results! I was lasting much longer during sex!

    It’s true what the book says though: you have to take it easy! Don’t rush into things, and take your time.

    It certainly worked for me!

    I used some of the exercises that you can do together with your partner.
    You’d be suprised at how well they work! I last so much longer now.

    It does take time, but the treatments aren’t difficult. As long as your partner can be patient too, you’ll be able to get through it together.

    Practice and patience. That’s all it takes. It worked for me!

    After just a month of reading the eBook, I was able to control my orgasms. Before the situation was awful. I really can last much longer now. You really have to practice the exercises and be consistent, but it pays off!

    I actually bought this eBook for my Boyfriend after talking the problem over with him. He was quite upset and needed some support.
    Premature ejaculation is such a touchy subject for men, but it was really affecting our relationship. We were having crisis talks to be honest!

    We’ve been able to do some of the exercises in the eBook together, which is really great! But the thing is, I’ve actually noticed a difference! The exercises are a lot of fun too, it’s not all doom and gloom. I’ve found that my Boyfriend can actually last about 20 minutes now, which is fantastic compared to before when he was lasting 60 seconds!

    Looking at other people’s comments, it’s clear that not all the exercises work the same for everyone.
    Some people take longer than others to see results. But don’t give up hope!

    We’ll keep practicing. So should you!

    Hi there!

    Sorry it’s taken me such a long time to write a review, but my life has been so fantastic since reading this eBook; it’s like I’m living in a different world!

    In the past, it would take something like 30 seconds for me to come. I think the longest was two minutes, which is still not great!
    It was so frustrating, quite traumatic actually. Y’know, I think I’m a good looking guy, I could get talking to girls… but the story would always end the same way. Not being able to satisfy a woman was the most soul destroying thing for me.

    And suddenly, it’s like everything has changed! I was seeing the difference after a few days.
    Being able to take control of my ejaculation problems was incredible. Knowing that I can now satisfy a woman and then choose when I want to orgasm is like a dream come true.

    I am so happy that you wrote this eBook. I will always be grateful for the help it’s given me in getting rid of premature ejaculation.

    I bought the eBook recently and I’ve started practicing the exercises. The book itself is a really interesting read, but I think it’s too early to notice any difference yet though.

    Every day I log in to the member’s area and make sure I read another section. I’m still practicing, and I’m still hopeful!

    I’m excited to see what happens in the future.

    The eBook has helped right from the start. I found the couples exercises the most effective.

    I practice the solo exercises a lot too, but it works the best when you put the two together!

    Premature ejaculation was driving me crazy.

    The eBook is really long, and it does require some perseverence.

    I found the different sexual positions really useful, they helped me last longer.

    The weekly exercises are also quirky and fun! I have to confess they’re a little bit exciting.

    My Girlfriend is a lot happier, lol. She thought the couple’s exercises were a bit weird and difficult, but she soon came round!
